We collect details you give us directly (name, date of birth, contact details, NHS number, medication history) and limited technical data when you use our website (cookies for essential functions and anonymous usage analytics).
Why we collect it
We use your data to dispense prescriptions safely, provide pharmacy services, manage appointments, communicate with your GP where required, and meet our obligations to the NHS and the General Pharmaceutical Council.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept in line with NHS retention schedules (typically 8 years for adults). Non-clinical contact data is kept only for as long as it is needed.
Your rights
